My Story
Amber is originally from Chicago and studied journalism at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism where she graduated as valedictorian. Her work appears in print and online for dozens of publications including TIME, The Wall Street Journal, Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler, Food & Wine, Robb Report, The Telegraph, Chicago Tribune, Artful Living, Fodor’s and Fine Dining Lovers. Amber is Taiwanese-American and speaks Mandarin fluently. Champagne, gelato and dark chocolate are her biggest weaknesses.
