Adam H. Callaghan is a New Haven, Connecticut-based editor, writer, and content creator who has worked across digital and print for over 10 years, covering food and drink, travel, lifestyle, and sustainability.

My Story
Adam contributes to some of the world's top food, beverage, and travel publications, including Food & Wine, Fodor’s, Punch, Wine Enthusiast, Lonely Planet, and Atlas Obscura. He has also worked as the editor of Eater Maine and Eater Seattle, two city sites in Vox Media's Eater vertical, and as senior editor of custom publications at SagaCity Media, producing magazines such as The Official Visitors' Guide to Seattle for clients like Visit Seattle and other Destination Marketing Organizations.
In addition to his editorial roles, Callaghan has appeared on food travel shows like "Scraps," moderated a Food Tank Summit panel on food policy, and served on the board for Travel and Words, a premier Northwest travel and lifestyle writers' conference where he spoke on editors' panels and taught a food-writing workshop. Adam grew up in Maine and has lived in London, Seattle, and three German cities. His passions include fermentation, car-free travel, tea, and native plants, and he speaks fluent German and some Spanish.
